Bob is the owner of R. Vaughan Services Inc. He has many years’ experience in the construction industry, with the clients and beautiful projects to show his excellent work. Bob and his crew of talented carpenters and trades people will guide you through the process of your build from start to finish.

Adam Carpenter – Project Manager:
Adam is our Project Manager. He has many years experience in the construction field, which has resulted in excellent knowledge on how your project should be ran. Adam oversees, plans, monitors and ensures your project is running smoothly. You will see him in the office interacting with clients to ensure their wants and needs are met, as well as out on the field keeping the crews and different projects scheduled and running flawlessly.
Jami Poyner – Customer Service/Office Manager:
Jami is our customer service representative and office manager. She deals with any back ordered materials your project may have, and will be present on deliveries to ensure all your materials arrive in a safe and timely fashion. She also deals with any issues that could possibly arise in your new home or cottage, in later years to come after the build. Jami also is responsible for our marketing and advertising campaigns.
